At URBXN™, we aim to deliver your streetwear essentials quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below:

📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. (International shipping coming soon!)

⏱ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (Pan India): 4–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping (Selected Cities): 2–4 business days.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner delays (especially during festive seasons or sale periods).

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499.

  • Orders below ₹1,499 will have a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional fee of ₹50.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link to monitor your package.

📦 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
