URBXN Return & Refund Policy

At URBXN, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help within the scope of our exchange and cancellation policies.


1. Returns

We currently do not offer returns or refunds after a purchase is made.

⚠️ Return requests will not be accepted, as returns are not part of our policy.


2. Order Cancellation

Cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the 12-hour window has passed, cancellations are not possible, as order processing begins immediately.

To cancel an order, please email urbxn.india@gmail.com with your Order ID.


3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:

  • Size-related issues

  • Wrong product received

  • Defective or damaged product

To request an exchange, email urbxn.india@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 88283 21487 with your Order ID and issue details.

  • Customers are required to pay shipping charges for exchanges.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.


4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or

  • You received the wrong product

This allows us to review the issue and arrange a replacement or exchange promptly.


5. Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized products, unless defective

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery

  • Personal care/hygiene items

If you're unsure about a product's eligibility, please reach out before purchasing.


6. Custom Items Policy

Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
If a defective custom item is received, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof at urbxn.india@gmail.com.


7. European Union Customers

For merchandise shipped into the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which orders may be cancelled or returned for any reason.

Items must meet the same eligibility conditions (unworn, unused, original tags/packaging, proof of purchase).

⚠️ Custom and sale items remain non-returnable, even for EU orders.


8. Refunds

URBXN does not offer refunds for delivered orders, except in cases where:

  • An order is cancelled within the 12-hour window, or

  • A product is unavailable for exchange due to stock issues.

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, contact us at urbxn.india@gmail.com.


9. Important: COD Orders

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • A β‚Ή99 COD handling fee applies.

  • This fee is included in the product price at checkout.

If a COD order is cancelled or refunded (eligible cases only), the refund amount will be:
Refund Amount = Product Price βˆ’ β‚Ή99 COD Fee

⚠️ The β‚Ή99 COD fee is non-refundable, as it covers payment handling and logistics.
